I'm an Auntie (once again!!!!)

The baby girl named Kielo..she was born on 10.08.2005 at 14:44 PM (Finnish time) at 2670 g and 47 cm... Her name is from both father Mika and mother Kea... it's a name of Finnish flower (That's what I heard of...)

And Kielo...5 days old...she is so lovely right? Little cute angel...

Watched a movie...

Yesterday..with Jo again...We went to see the movie Crash...I liked this movie...I really liked it. Did you see it? You should go see it... You will like it too...
Next program..should be French movie "5x2"... Oh! I am waiting for "Charlie and Chocolate factory" too...

I had a weird dream...

Last night..I dreamed of snow...snow flakes falling on my face... I remember that I felt so happy seeing that...I looked up on the sky and it's at dusk...the sky was dark blue...but very clear. In my dream, I felt that it's cold..icy when the snowflake touched my cheek...
I don't remember the other things in my dream...I only remember this...and I felt really good...very happy..in my dream...

New experience!!

It's my first time to try..fresh oyster!! and it turned out very good!! I liked it!! As I was in Suratthani..it's very famous in fresh oysters..biggest in Thailand!!! So..I shoudl trty when I was there...right? And I can guarantee...their oysters are really good!!! I can eat fresh oyster now!! :-) What a new experience!! A good one too!!!

Nature explorer's trip in Suratthani...

The creek where I jumped into....the water was very cold...but it was so great to put yourself in the water!!! Whooo....hoo!!!

Happy Birthday Mom...on 5th of August...my mom is 61 years old now...but she looks very young right??? and very beautiful too...

My relative died peacefully in the hospital on last Thursday after fighting for 5 days... Wish him rest in peace...

Oh...more trip is coming!

On 25-28 August...I will go to an island..to the beach..with my friend, Jo. We will go to Koh Phangan (the full moon island) but we're not going for full moon party...we just want to relax on the beach..baking ourselves in the sun on the white sand beach...
Sounds good huh?
And we'll stay at Baan Panburi...a small bungalow right on the beach!!! For 670 baht/night...
Ahh...Thinking about it..makes me happy...

My room has curtains now!!!

Whoopi!!! Good news finally came!!! I've got curtains for my room!!! Very nice..it's silk!! I will show you the pictures tomorrow, cuz I forgot my camera in the bag in living room and I'm too lazy to go down and pick it up here...so...wait, ok?
By the way..the movie "Somersault" is good...I liked it! (I went to see a movie today with Jo, it's Australian movie...good one)

Sad news: my relative got shot...

He was working in front of his store in Tanyongmat, Narathiwat (A troubled deep south province of Thailand)...it's my hometown... for your information
One of bad muslim who are seperatists...shot him..in his eye and his waist..now he is still in ICU...
I got this news when I was having special dinner for my mom's birthday... This is bad...bad...bad... I hate terrorists!! I hate those who killed or hurt innocent people!!! Last 2 weeks...a guy from my primary school (he was one year younger than me) got shot and died.. This time my relative..who will be next??

People go to temple on religious holiday (21st July is Asarnhabucha day)...and we went there too... This is Chanasongkram temple, in front of Khaosan road...

Vientiane part# 3, The food...

Sticky rice!!! and larb gai (chicken)..our first dinner in Vientiane this time... at the famous lao restaurant called "Nang kam bang" <-- means "Mrs. Kam Bang"...the name of the owner!!!

This one from the market...kind of mass product..not so good... but it looks good though!!!

Italian food...at L' Opera.... good one...I like Italian... ;-) Oh! You can see the restaurant manager over there..behind the counter... I"m not sure he is the owner or not... but he looks like..huh?

This is the shop that is very famous in sandwich!! Laos style.... baguette.... They have really good sandwiches... Recomended!!!

She was making my sandwiches...it costs 14,000 kip for the whole one and 7,000 kip for half... (FYI: 10,000 kip = 1 US$)

The result!!! Tuna baguette sandwiches!!! It was so good!! you have to try it when you're in Vientiane!!
