First Drawing Lesson!!

My first work for drawing lesson! I did it in office today in less than 10 mins (in assignment, I got 20 mins to draw), using re-use paper... Just ignore those text you see....only the drawing does matter!! what do you think?? hehehe.... Can I be a famous aritist in the future?

Green, Pink and Yellow

Hmm.. as recent posts are about colours, why not another one???
I got this mail from a friend... It's "Why Thai people must learn English?"

Three men, a Russians, a French and a Thai went to work in USA.

Arrived there the boss wanted to get sure that they speak English before he offers them a job.
So he told them to write a paragraph in English containing the words green, pink and yellow.

The French wrote : I wake up in the morning and when I opened the window
I saw the yellow sun shining on the green hill and I said this is going to be a pink day.

The Russian wrote : I wake up in the morning, I brushed my teeth with my pink toothbrush,
and I put on my green jeans and my yellow shirt before going out.

Rainy Day

Heavy raining on Wednesday...I was stuck in office for 3 hours and also stuck on the road becaise of flooding for about 1.5 hours.... sigh..

I hate Netherlands Embassy!!!

You want to know the reasons why I hate Netherlands embassy here in Bangkok?
Well, the staffs are bad, bad manner...They are pretty yes! but don't let their beauty fools you..they are evil!

I don't understand if they are not happy with their work (they never smiled, they always make face and they are not helpful at all), why don't they just quit the job?!? If they don't want to give visa to people,then close the visa section please! And go back to the heck (I don't know how to spell that city--Heck) where they're from!

And...the reason I'm so mad at them now is because they gave me only 15 days stay for schengen visa!!! I asked for 18 days!!!! I never had problem when getting schengen visa from Belgium Embassy 2 years ago, they gave me 30 days to stay (and I asked for 14 days only) and less trouble with the Belgian...

Damn!!!

So I have to shorten my trip... and come back to Thailand earlier than I planned.
No more dutch embassy!!! I should write letter to Ambassador or Consule on this...
What are they thinking? All Thai women who are going to Netherlands, are prostitutes?
To have legal prostitute business in their country has nothing to do with Thai women!!! And I'm not going there to work in Red Light district!!!

Only 3 days in Netherlands is enough for me! I will not support their tourism! I will be there for my friend's wedding... and that's it!

I should write letter to consule! Yeah! I will do this monday! I wish they cancel my visa, so I can go get a new one from other schengen country!!(which is nicer and has good manner staffs)

I hate The Netherlands!!!

No cut to The Da Vinci Code

Film Censorship Board announced on Wednesday that "The Da Vinci Code'' can be screened without the cuts that church groups had requested.

"It can be screened uncut" Pol Maj Gen Somwong Lipipun, deputy commissioner of the Central Investigation Bureau and chairman of committee said.

The Board supported releasing the movie uncut by a vote of 6-5, he said.

Its board included representatives of the movie's distributors, as well as persons representing the Christian groups that sought to have the movie's final ten minutes cut before showing.

The film is scheduled to open Thursday in Thailand. -The Nation

According to this news, people in Thailand will not see the last 10 minutes of The Da Vinci Code in cinema.

TOEFL®

I just registered to take this TOEFL® (Test of English as a Foreign Language) test today and will take the exam on 17 June... about 1 month from now.
I don't know anything about this... and it's in new system which called iBT or Internet-based Test... I have no clue about it... But I hope I can make it!!!
It costs me US$140... That's a lot!!!

Finally bought new camera!!! It's Canon ixy 800 IS(or ixus 800 IS in Europe or PowerShot SD700 IS in US)...and also bought 2 GB SD memory card to use with this new camera too!!!
I can take pictures again... Yeah!!!

Moshpit

Last Saturday 6th May... I'd got a pass for MTV Asia Awards 2006 through my ex colleague at MTV Thailand.

I got the badge as Seat Filler... what I have to do as a seat filler is to fill the VIP seat!! And I was hoping to fill the seat next to any famous and handsome artists!!!

As in the last group of seat fillers, around 8 pm., security guard called us to get ready for our duty. We went up to 5th floor to the hall, following the security guard. He brought us in front of the stage, I started wondering 'why are we here?'... then he opened the gate and told us to get inside this area quick! the show going to begin in few minutes!

I was misplaced to "Moshpit"...what the F**K? Right in front of the stage!!! Where is my famous and handsome artist that I have to sit next?? Why am I here???
Well... as they shut the gate behind us and I had nowhere to go... only in Moshpit...

No camera allowed!!! So that's all I can get for you guys...

Karen Refugees...

I went up to Mae Hong Son, in northern Thailand... to make a feature story about Karen refugees... who fled to thailand recently because they were attacked by Burmese troop.

Last day on vacation...

It’s the last day of the longest vacation I ever had. I have stayed almost 6 months on the island of El Hierro. At first, I had no idea why I chose this island for my holiday destination. Sure it is far from home, and it’s not a popular spot. But I’m not the only tourist here. Since my arrival I have collected plenty of reasons to remain on this magic island.

What can I do to keep from awakening from my wonderful dream? I don’t want to wake. I don’t want to leave…

I’m packing now, Look! I had to buy three more bags! I never considered myself a shopper but I cannot deny I shopped with the evidence in front of me. I love packing most times, it gets me ready to travel. But I don’t feel like packing today. I don’t want to return now even though I love packing.

Is it possible for me stay? I know the answer. No. I have to go back to the real world. I can no longer run away. Am I ready to go back? No, not really.

Is it the island that makes me hold my heart here? Or is it the peace of being away from reality that keeps me here? I think it is the latter.

I must leave anyway. Reality can’t be that bad, everyone lives with it. I can exist in it too but when I can’t stand it any longer, I will run away… again and again.
