I went up to Mae Hong Son, in northern Thailand... to make a feature story about Karen refugees... who fled to thailand recently because they were attacked by Burmese troop.
I have more than 200 pictures.. These are some selected, more pictures will be posted on flickr.com or my personal photo website (which is still underconstruction).

I love ALL your pictures!! i can never take pictures like that!! for some reason, i tried to take a picture of an old man sitting in a rocking chair outside his house, but i got so embarassed for focusing my camera on him!!

Poor thing. I thought the Karen were one of native tribes in Thailand. I seen them joining the loy khrathong parade at chiangmai? good thing not seeing them practising putting rings around the neck for the women folks.

@slurp!: These are Burmese karen not those who live in thailand with long neck. They are many karen...

someone chased me away once.. and well, another was so self concious, she started screwing up what she was cooking..hahaha
